(d). The new Crow Lease to be subject to all the

covenants and clauses usually contained in Crown

Leases for Marine Lots in the Colony of Hongkong

together with the foregoing and following condi-

-tions.

(e). The lessees shall reclaim the areas edged in red

and cross-hatched green in accordance with plans

and sections which must be approved by the

Director of Public Works and shall construct, for

the protection of such reclaimed areas, between the points A and B, B and C, C and D, and D and E,

a rubble mound faced with a pitched slope sot in

cement mortar and bedded in cement concrate, or

such other works as the Director of Public Works

may approve. The lessees may, subject to the approval of the Director of Public Works, construct

within the afores id areas, docks and slipways and

any other works required in connection with the general business of a shipbuilding and repairing yard, the foregoing stipulation with regard to the protection of such areas being modified to ment the requirements of the case. The reclamation and

protection of the area cross-hatched green must be completed within two years from the date of a letter signed by the Director of Public Works

stating that the aforesaid orens are at the dis- -posal of the lessees and the reclamation and

protection of the area edged in red must be com- -plated within 3 years from the date of such letter. The area cross-hatched green to be handed

over to Government free of cost on completion. (f). Should the lessees at my time discontinue using

the lot shown cross-hatched in yellow on plan as a

shipbuilding
